Cal Ganxo’s Calçots Sauce is a handmade product. Elaborated by the traditional method with local and 100% natural ingredients, with no preservatives or colourings, according to the original recipe from Grandma Cisqueta de Cal Ganxo.
It is a gourmet sauce, ideal to accompany as traditional dishes as creative gastronomy. It is a pleasure for the palate that has the origin in the Calçotada meal but it has turned into a quality model of sauce within the Catalan cuisine.
